Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. Onboarding, scripting, and EHR/CRM connection are included.
How long does it take to go live?
Most single-facility programs go live within twelve business days. Multi-facility rollouts run 3-6 weeks depending on EHR and telephony complexity.
Will you sign a BAA?
Yes — a BAA is included on every plan, including the free Trial. PHI is processed in a HIPAA-aligned environment with logged access, encrypted transport, and minimum-necessary retention defaults.
What counts as a minute?
Voice minutes are billed in 6-second increments, rounded up. SMS and web chat are not counted as voice minutes. Inbound and outbound are billed at the same rate.
Can I move between plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Annual contracts on Professional and Enterprise lock the rate; month-to-month is available at standard pricing.
What happens after the 100 trial minutes?
Trial usage above 100 minutes is billed at $0.49 per voice minute. You can convert to Professional at any time, which drops the per-minute rate to $0.44.
Do you offer discounts for multi-facility operators?
Yes. Enterprise pricing is built for operators with 5+ facilities; we structure the contract around your unit economics, not per-seat. Contact sales for a custom quote.
What's included in Agent Assist Extension?
