Bio
DJ Prince is the founder of DIAL3D, the AI voice and admissions platform purpose-built for behavioral health treatment centers. He is also Chief Strategy Officer at Guardian Recovery, a multi-state addiction treatment operator where he has run the admissions function across detox, residential, IOP, and aftercare.
DIAL3D started as an internal tool inside Guardian Recovery — built to answer the 38% of inbound admissions calls the human team couldn't get to fast enough. The first version went live in 2024; the platform now operates the admissions lines for treatment centers across six states.
DJ writes about the operational realities of running an admit line, the cost math of a missed admissions call, and the regulatory architecture (HIPAA + 42 CFR Part 2) that distinguishes behavioral health AI from horizontal voice-AI tools.
