Product · CRM Bridge — Native EHR + CRM Integration

Native to the systems behavioral health actually runs on.

Every call, every chat, every SMS, every VOB result — written into your existing CRM in real time. Not a CSV export. Not a nightly batch. Real-time, BAA-covered, structured-field writes that your counselors and your billing team see the moment the agent ends a call.

What this product does in production.

Real-time write-back

Contact records, call notes, VOB results, consent records — all written as the conversation happens, not batched overnight.

Native Kipu + KipuCRM

Two-way sync with Kipu's record model. Counselors see DIAL3D conversation context directly in Kipu screens.

Sunwave + Lightning Step + BestNotes

Treatment-center CRM and EHR connectors built for the actual data models, not generic webhook adapters.

Salesforce Health Cloud

Person Account model, custom objects, validation rules — all respected. Production scale across multi-facility Salesforce orgs.

HubSpot + CallTrackingMetrics

Marketing-attribution close-loop: visitor → call → admit recorded as a single contact lifecycle.

Custom EHR connectors

If you run on something we don't natively support, custom connector buildout is 7-14 days.

HIPAA-aligned and 42 CFR Part 2 capable.

BAA included on every plan, including the free Trial. Read the trust center →

Why do connectors matter?
Behavioral-health-specific EHRs (Kipu, Sunwave, Lightning Step, BestNotes) have data models that don't map cleanly to generic CRM webhooks. A native connector that respects the model means counselors see useful data, not 'misc note' fields.
Is each connector under a BAA?
Yes — every connector that processes PHI runs under an active BAA. Connector vendors that aren't BAA-eligible aren't on the roadmap.
How fast does data flow?
Median 1.2 seconds from conversation event to CRM record. Counselors picking up a warm transfer see the full context already on screen.
What about two-way sync?
Yes — DIAL3D reads from the CRM (existing contact history, payor on file, level-of-care interest) before the call, and writes to the CRM during/after. Counselors don't have to retype anything.
Can we customize the field mapping?
Yes — every customer's field map is reviewed during onboarding. Common customizations: which custom Kipu fields map to which DIAL3D conversation events.
What if our EHR is custom or older?
Custom connector buildout typical 7-14 days. We've integrated with custom EHRs, on-premises Cerner instances, and the long tail of small-vendor systems.
Does it work with Epic or Cerner?
Possible but uncommon — most BH operators don't run Epic/Cerner. We've done a handful of Epic integrations for hospital-system-affiliated BH programs. Cerner less commonly.
What about API access for custom builds?
Yes — DIAL3D's API is documented for customers building custom integrations on top. REST + webhook patterns.
