Subprocessor list.

Summary

DIAL3D uses a small set of subprocessors to operate the service. Each subprocessor that may handle PHI has an executed Business Associate Agreement with DIAL3D. This page lists the current set; we notify customers in advance of material changes.

Infrastructure

Cloudflare (Workers, R2, Pages, DNS) — edge compute, static asset hosting, DNS. BAA executed.

Amazon Web Services (EC2, RDS, S3, KMS) — backend services, primary storage, key management. BAA executed.

Voice + telephony

Twilio — SIP termination, programmable voice, SMS. BAA executed.

ElevenLabs — text-to-speech for voice synthesis. BAA executed.

Deepgram — speech-to-text. BAA executed.

LLM inference

Anthropic — large language model inference for conversational AI. BAA executed.

OpenAI — fallback LLM inference and embedding models. BAA executed.

Insurance verification clearinghouses

Availity — payor eligibility clearinghouse. BAA executed.

Change Healthcare — payor eligibility clearinghouse. BAA executed.

Waystar — payor eligibility clearinghouse. BAA executed.

Operational + monitoring

Datadog — application performance monitoring. Configured to exclude PHI from logs. BAA executed.

PagerDuty — incident alerting. No PHI. BAA executed.

Sentry — error tracking. Configured to exclude PHI. BAA executed.

Customer-facing operations

Stripe — billing and subscription management. No PHI; payment data only.

Linear — internal issue tracking. No customer PHI.

Notion — internal documentation. No customer PHI.

Change notification

We notify customers in advance of adding new subprocessors that will handle PHI. Customers can opt out of new subprocessors within a reasonable transition window.
